Secondly, the name of the cross symbol used by the Hitler and the Nazi party was Swastika and it was very well related to the swastika used in the hindu mythology and theology. As far as the reason is concerned...i have read somewhere that Hitler chose this particular symbol because he considered Germans to be the true ARYANS, the holy race which is considered to be the most sacred.and thats why he chose the same.Also, according to some historians, swastika was chosen because it resembles the supreme power and the destruction. Whatsoever the reason may be, but his decision has put a stain on the holy and the sacred symbol.
